  This is the worst shop I've ever been to. I needed one wheel trued and I was told it would be a day or so. A week later I called and it wasn't done. I was told it would be done that day and when i went to pick it up the shop had closed 30 minutes early. I finally got to pick up the wheel the next day, they couldnt find the wheel and the wheel wasn't even true. Unfortunately I didn't realize it wasn't true till I got it home and put it on my bike. I called it a lost and moved on. Needless to say I won't be back. This shop was not quick, well priced, and had terrible customer service. Go somewhere else for service.

  I understand you have a busy season. However, I did not request a one day turn around. I was told by the staff I spoke to on the phone it would take a day or so. Again, the staff did check my wheel before I paid but it was not shown to me. It never occurred to me that I should ask to see it. I took it to a "professional" surely they know what they are doing. Apparently I was wrong. I asked for time frame and cost in advance and both were more than I was told. If it is the busy time of year staff should know this and be able to estimate service costs. Staff should not give unrealistic time frames or costs.
