- 1 / 5By GAIL JachimekWe have enjoyed this place since the 1970's, and regularly dine there with family 4-6 times a year. And we have had staff lunches there for 12-14 people. However, that has now come to a sad close. They decided to change the place to cater to an apparent younger crowd. The class is gone and has been replaced with French style food, and slate-like motif. The piano is even gone! Now you can get a $16 hamburger with brie cheese and sweet chutney type trimmings...gave it to the dog. I don't think we mature folks are going to be going there much in the future...I hope the young crowd they were shooting for has money. Too bad, we will miss the old place with it's charm and fine fare.March 12, 2017
